Seriously, this app is the bomb! I love how there's the kind of texture that not most drawings ups would have. You can even mix colors on a palette! The only downside to this is the lack of editing features, namely the onion skin and undo-redo buttons, hence why it's four stars instead of five. Please do keep up with the good work :D

I use this app more than anything else on my 2 in 1, its really fun and combines with an active stylus for a very realistic feel and look. I don't have many complaints with this app other than you not being able to rotate the canvas around on the screen; because of this you have to angle your arm all over your screen or rotate your device to get the right angle to draw.

I love Fresh Paint. It's the best modern app for painting I've seen on the Store. I do have one small complaint: Parts of the UI are Win8-style and other parts are Win10-style. For example, Fresh Paint has the Windows 10-style nav. bar but still retains a Win8-style back button. I hope you'll update it to be consistent soon.

I love the fact you can import art/coloring pages in, I love the various types of paper/canvas. I wish I had more control over the tools/paint/oils/pen/etc.

I've had no problems and kids love it! I'm not an artist but I also now use it to relax.

You see, the mobile version is completely different from the desktop version, if I actually didn't know they are the same app, I would deny it. You will have to update this Windows Phone 8.x interface it looks really old. and add more features to the mobile version, make it look more like the desktop version. All on all I like this app very much and I think it is basically a virtual canvas it is a diffenrent capp that I have never actually seen anything like it. I bet anyone finds it fun to use this app for sketching and stuff, it is also a great app for kids and families. but the interface shift (On phones only!) is really something to put on your to do list, to make the mobile app just perfect, and you may also consider adding shaping tools like the once found in Microsoft paint.

For someone trying to explore their creative side, I'm not very familiar with the different tools and what medium they use. It would be great to have a built-in tutorial for how to use the different tools, and perhaps how to mix mediums. I would love to be able to use this app to its fullest potential, but right now I can't without help.

This app is like an art savior, but it needs some improvement to get my 5 stars. For one, the tools should have a label. Second, tutorials could be better. Lastly, a paint can should be added for bigger places to fill. Thanks!

Best phone painting app yet

I really wish I could give a negative rating. It's just a stupid online coloring book that is terrible quality and is completely misleading. I need the actual paint that EVERY computer has but yet mine has yet to allow me to find. It's absolutely stupid. Don't download it. Once it gets on your computer, it doesn't come off!

It has been a while since the last update. Please keep updating it. We love this app.

"VERY COOL" I adore this app! you can work with 3 or more paintings at a time with different mediums, walk away at anytime, come back later, and your paint brushes are clean and your canvas paint is still wet and blend able! Truly amazing! interruption's? no more ruined brushes from dried on paint. I do wish I could change the brush stroke action and direction so I could use brushes the way I would use real ones. But I am starting to learn a new way to paint. I also wish there was a knife in the oil tool box to scrape off paint for peaks and sharp edges. I am almost sure that would be very hard to do so maybe a sharp angled brush.

Creates almost realistic paintings on the Surface. Must have for every artist out there.

Painting a new image from scratch, I didn't find any way to change pens, colors, styles etc. I couldn't do anything except paint with a fat yellow pen. Painting on an existing image is not much better. A short tutorial would have been nice. I don't understand all the rave reviews. The app seems useless.

Ive used the app several times and I haven't had any problems with its features. I really like the different tools and papers they give you to use. The save feature is also very nice.

Needs some kind of tutorial link. I don't find it intuitive to use.

Crashes often, confusing UI

home screen not as shown in tutorials. cannot even get started. how can I start over?

At one point it was decent. Now it doesn't even allow me to open anything. Just garbage.

I'm just trying to draw on a picture and I cannot figure out how to do that easily. Seriously just use a similar UI to the one that comes on your PC. It would be much better

4 stars because when you try to color the bottom or right of canvas its really hard because there at buttons and it is hard to color with out pressing the buttons. Overall it is super addicting,fun,detailed. So right now I give it a 4 stars and 99/100 of a star

Great, but needs more tools (paint bucket, water dropper, ect.)

It takes too long to install and then it doesn't stay installed. Am having problems with this tedious app.

What a joke........ Are kidding me Microsoft, them stupid picture that you can download within the app are all crap, not one of them was clear, when using the phone cam the pictures look like crap wao crap crap crap!!! Don't waste your time downloading this crap
