I never got this to work, but the setup process was so hard to get through I thought I could list some cons: 1. Once you add the camera, you can't change the settings, you have to remove and reinstall with the new settings. 2. Adding a camera dialog is a pop-up window. If you switch to another app (like where your camera URL, password is) the window disappears and you start over again. So copy and paste is not missing, but you're limited to one. The solution I found is you can write you camera information on a piece of paper (like a caveman) and then manually type it into the app (like your grandparents would). 3. Using DDNS. I tried setting it up as a URL (with the port # inline) and as an IP address (port put in other dialog box) -- neither worked. Using 4 foscam fi8910w cams and windows 10.

Receive an error, "The server committed a protocol violation. Section = ResponseStatusLine"

I tried 2 foscam apps the $5 had the free neither worked. I loaded a free app that works.

It works good on my windows 10, only thing its hard to navigate because it slower than the one I had before, and it don't give you a lot of setting to choice from. but it will do.........for now.

It is hard for others to use it and there are better and quicker to use apps for Foscam on the phone so yea so heads up this app needs updates

Add camera can't discover the camera. It makes you know all kinds of technical info to type in everything about your network connection - stuff you can't easily know. iPhone apps, by comparison, just find the camera and let you click on it.

1. App keeps disconnecting from camera. 2. Random error dialogs. 3. Screen freezes randomly and have to restart. 4. Image is squished. 5. Controls are clunky 6. Image quality is worse than the official client for some reason. Uninstalled...

Did not work for my Foscam camera.

Don't waste your money! Oh wait, it's free? Don't waste the wear on your fingers and keys to click and install it...

Tried this with an 8910w, 9821 and a v2 9821 and none will launch the picture or function in any way, internally or externally - but the thumbnail form the camera is 100% working PERFECTLY! Would be nice to have more than a 1/2" square to look at :)

I thought it would help yo make videos but it doesn't. It is a piece of poop when I clicked on something it never would work. I really don't like it.

This APP LAGS big time, with my Foscam HD cam. The cam does not lag in any other APP, or using BlueIris software..... Also a BIG negative, this APP only works with HD, it's not smart enough to see the Foscam SD cam.... that's a sad thing. I'm really disappointed in Foscam I have FIVE of their cams and will be switching to another brand in 2016

when you understand basic networking it's a breeze. Most of these people probably don't understand port forwarding. I've had the same camera for 3 years. The app has always worked well for me. Good job.

"Can't download http". Message is always the same. Can't change camera parameters once created. Shows lack of quality control and care in development.

I Install Foscam's & Other Security Related Equipment / CCTV Systems For A Living. This App Was A Good Idea But It Does Not Work At All. Your Better Off Just Getting The Foscam Software That Comes With The Camera Or Like Me Buy BlueIris Software. BlueIris At Least Works Well For My Clients And Me.
