I have had it for 2 weeks. I am more aware of the length of time I sit at my desk. It reminds me to get up and move.

I love that it counts my steps, it keeps me on track. I don't like that it doesn't tell me my heart rate or o2 level.

I've been struggling with my weight for 22 years. Up and down, mostly up. Seems I can never get a system that keeps me on point. Having daily target goals and seeing the calories in and out has really made a difference. Those small accomplishments make me smile. Every time I hit a goal with a green circle and confetti keeps me working on my goals. I've slowly increased my water goals and activity. It's been great.

I think its a POS I loaded the app on my tablet and smart phone and it tells me it won't run but won't tell me why or offer any help so basically I just threw away 149 dollars because it won't work and there are NO INSTRUCTIONS with your fitbit so your screwed

Tried several times to install Fitbit Win 10 app and all I get is error messages. Restarted, uninstalled partial installs, etc. no luck. Not impressed. No help from Fitbit.

I really like Fitbit! It inspires me to get up and move. Even with my daughters living so far away it is a way to connect to them everyday with the challenges. I am concerned about battery life. My first charge only lasted a couple months before it would no longer charge. I like the Fitbit charge 2 so far I have no problems. But since I know battery life can become a issue I can not give 5 stars. I have only had this new ones a couple weeks but it is great so far!

It is hard to count my calories when I eat somewhere other than home.

Being accountable, even to a small device, makes all the world in the difference and I enjoy the anticipation of seeing the results after waiting a while to update.
