downloaded 2 times and still cant get it to work

It does not play the video smoothly. It seems to be skipping a large number of frames during playback. Very jittery and makes it impossible to enjoy the movie. Very disappointed.

I had issues with launching dvd's on two occasions and I had to go online to the windows store to launch it from the already installed box. On your site right now, the launch won't work the third time. I had to install a different dvd player, but the download did not start until I did windows security update plus the launch of a program.

The Movie had playback error immediately. I know its not the disk because I watch it all the time. This app says its good quality but its actually terrible. waste of time.

I have used the application 5 times. I have experience some form of complication 3 of 5 times - ranging from not playing to no audio. Additionally, every time I initiate the application I get the following error message, "Something went wrong".

It didn't work I purchased the windows more expensive player it worked smoothly and started playing the dvd almost immediately. Not sure what the issue was.

no sound, choppy picture, now way to contact any customer service. A Waste! of money. I'm using a new computer; it isn't my stuff malfunctioning. Anyone giving it a god review, either works for this app or something, or is paid to give a good review. It's F ing terrible. Stay away!

doesn't work very well, wouldn't allow to play in full screen, video wouldn't playback smooth. save your money. paid more for Windows dvd player and it WORKS.

it wont play any dvds
