I have been facing issues with the App, We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App Still it didn't work on the computer at any time I have worked with the Dell Technical Support to fix the issues but it didn't work. The App doesn't respond - Help me with this as a top priority

The app would not recognize my computer, even though I use the auto-detect all the time to learn more about my computer from dell. It also prompted me with multiple different error messages similar to "not recognized" or "sorry for the inconvenience" type of messages. This app is useless. I love dell and all, but this app was the mistake that should've been deleted.

When I open the app the first thing I see is the menu overlapped by the deals and when I try to restart it, it doesn't help. Next is while I'm searching for an item for my laptop, Ill start typing what I'm trying to find and before I can finish it, I get a message saying sorry for the inconvenience, but we couldn't find what you're looking for.
