It doesn't play DVDs, which is the reason I bought it. It opens and says it's downloading, but it never downloads the DVD. Garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I want my money back!!!!

I paid almost $15.00. When I tried to play my media, it said that it does not support the media type. MPEG. In the summary, it says that it does support this media type. So frustrated. How do I get a refund.

this app literature says it supoorts VOB files but when I try to play a DVD it gives an error message that says it does not support this type of file. What's up with that?
