The app does not give appropriate feedback on the accuracy of the compass. Requires lot of hit and trial.

This is a straightforward compass, which is just what I needed.

Every time you open the app you have to reset it by waving your phone in a figure eight pattern which still doesn't orient the compass. If you're lost, don't use this app.
