I have noticed that with gmail ID “A” I am able to install & run colornote on my desktop pc. Also able to synchronize with mobile.
But when I install with another gmail ID “B” the colornote app opens & closes immediately.
The above both gmail Ids “A” and “B” are working fine on my mobile devices and I am able to synchronize colornotes on multiple devices with both gmail Ids.
I am not able to pinpoint what STOPS sync with gmail ID “B” ?
Perhaps you may be able to help me with security settings or else with my gmail ID “B”
Gmail ID “A” belongs to my wife and there is not much data on colornote.
Gmail ID “B” belongs to me and I have huge data on my colornote.
Kindly help me sync with PC.

I love this app on my phone and tablet. Unfortunately, ColorNote will not allow me to log into my account on the PC because it is not a Facebook or Google login. That makes the PC version worthless unless you want to manually duplicate everything you already have on your regular ColorNote. ColorNote support refuses to respond to multiple questions about this issue.

It works great on my Galaxy S7 and my LG tablet. But the Windows version opens by just showing the start up screen for a flash and than closes. The program will not run.

I absolutely loved this app so much. In the past I would have given this 5+ stars, it really helped me keep information organized. The reason I'm saying "loved" past tense is because I have not been able to access this app on my PC for several months now. I try every once in a while to no avail. After reading the other reviews it makes wonder doesn't this company care about their PC users. I don't an Android phone anymore, so all my information is lost to me. Thanks a lot!!! :(

I actually read Terms and Privacy Policies before I agree to them, and I've deleted apps without using them because they have required total and eternal use of personal information and content. However, until now, all of the companies have actually provided their conditions. The makers of ColorNote require acceptance of the statement "By clicking Sign Up, you agree to our Terms and that you have read our Privacy Policy" which isn't unusual, however the words "Terms" and "Policy" do not link to the terms and policy. They are written in blue and underlined, but they are not links. They go nowhere. Goodbye ColorNote. I'm not playing your game.

Wont work in Windows 10 - opens then immediately closes again. Cant get it to sync with kindle fire. Shame otherwise a great app - on the phone.

After updating my computer to windows 10 creators edition color note has stopped working, worked great before I had used this a lot..............GET IT TOGETHER AND FIX THE PROBLEM

I had high hopes for this app, for a long time... since I use Colornote on my all Android devices. Unfortunately, an error occurs every time I try to sign in to the service (a prerequisite for using the app at all) with either FaceBook or Google...
The message at every attempt:
WinRTError: The process terminated unexpectedly.
Uninstalling now, but will keep tabs on developments.

I was so excited when I got my new Win10 lappy and discovered my favorite Android app was available for Windows--and better still, could SYNC across my devices. Tonight, I sat down to make a grocery list and decided to use my laptop instead of trying to swipe out a long list of items. I got everything entered and organized by area of the store, and then...nothing. I spent a good 15-20 minutes trying to get the current list on my phone, but sync was still pulling a list that was 2 days old. It FINALLY updated as I was pulling this up to Rate and Review it.
So it did sync, and the convenience is totally there. Just have to be patient...and maybe closing the app on the laptop and restarting it on my phone helped push it through when the actual sync button wouldn't. Who knows.

I love this app so much on my phone so I downloaded on my PC and it wont let me login. It use to work for a few months but now it says ERROR in red on the top and wont sign in even though I know I entered the correct information. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!

This app was fantastic, I actually have tons of important stuff saved on the ones on my computer, too bad it won't let me login anymore. It works great on my android phone, but they did something to screw it up on pc. I really hope they fix it. This has been a problem for months. Please fix it. It seems like they aren't doing anything to address this problem. It's incredibly frustrating. If they ever manage to fix it, I will likely rate it higher.

Downloaded & installed to try it on my Win10. After login to my Microsoft account, it starts to come up, but immediately shuts down. Too bad. I was looking forward to trying it. It's fine on my phone when I tried it there....

I use this app to keep track of important Financial and Personal stuff. I use it to write down practically everything between my Phone and Computer(nice and synced), but the Social login is seriously preventing me from comfortably using the app on my Computer(a bigger screen obviously, and much easier on the eyes when making important edits). Also, It'd really be nice to see the Notepad Lines that show up on the Android version(makes it feel like a true Handwriting Notepad). Not to mention the Lack of ability here to have the Dark Theme/Color Theme option on the PC. Very Disappointed...

Gave it 4 stars because it works on my android devices no problem...but on my windows laptop I get an error every time I try to log in. Would love to have it on Windows again...can't wait until it's fixed. Other than that like I said wonderful app, use it for multiple things.

on my android I can make the print larger for my bad eyes..
not so on my computer.. or am I missing something? if there is a way I would give 5 stars. or if you could add Fonts size either way I would change to 5 stares I really love Color Note on my fone!!
