The randomizer at the beginning should be a bit more intelligent -- too many repeats. Have a simple algorithm instead of using raw randomness. I'd also like to see some of the philosophers of note from the ancient world religions included as well.

simple, efficient, yet profoundly enriching the smartphone experience. I would love to see more quotes added, especially from modern sources, and not just thinkers, but movies, music, games and modern politics. I have many ideas about possible sources. also, it would work wonders for different tastes of users if there was a feature to select preferred categories.
