I really like the use of this app on android and IOS platforms. On my desktop though, it is awful. Not to mention, it isn't available on the IOS desktop platform. None of the functions work, the only thing that you can use it for is to view photos. There is no other functionality to it. Would definitely recommend using a different platform if your audience are windows users.

I love 23snaps and it's great that it's available on Windows. It's the only way I share most of my family photos now, as I don't need to put them on Facebook, I just want a limited group of close friends and family to see them. Great service!

Its typical of Windows Apps to lack a lot of feature. The videos don't play, only displays the > arrow instead. Most notifications are missed. Large Tile is not available, wide tile is the largest option. Layout is not great at all. Slow to load.

V3- it just keeps getting better! I stopped posting baby pictures on Facebook. They have to many ads. With 23Snaps, my family gets a clean and ad-free experience. Plus we love the privacy. V2- much needed update! Stories feature!! UI updates and bug fixes makes this app alot smoother and responsive 😊 Original review----- Works very well after the update! I've constantly been uploading video and pictures for family to see. You can also post status updates and weight/height of your child. It's a great way to share your child's growth and progress. Glad to see it make its way to the phone from the PC! Hope to see more features from other platforms be implemented into this Windows Phone app!

Signed up with FB so when I got to my Surface, no SSO to continue. Had to go to site to reset password to continue. Lack of selecting multiple pictures is very frustrating. Otherwise, great product for sharing pictures with family.

I found 23 snaps and was exactly what i was looking for. A cross device platform To share stuff To The bigger Family. However the Microsoft based apps are very buggy compared To IOS app My wife has. Hope that Will Be sorted out soon...

This app has become the go to photo sharing site for my extended family since the permissions are much simpler and tighter than FB. I was previously using it on an iPad Air, but my Lumia camera is better. This WP app works well on my Lumia 925, and it has close feature parity with the IOS app.

I really like the idea of this company. Facebook for Windows phone has never been polished. The groups section has always been subpar within Facebook. This app make sharing with family feel much more private. Definitely has potential, just happy to see Windows phone support.

I love the app on my iPhone but I can view videos on the Surface version... very disappointing, otherwise a great app.
